Note

Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the «Guidelines for water protection in agriculture» are no longer valid. They have been replaced by the following enforcement aid:

Baulicher Umweltschutz in der Landwirtschaft - Ein Modul der Vollzugshilfe Umweltschutz in der Landwirtschaft. 2011

The other sections are currently being revised. It is expected that they will be replaced in the course of 2012 by a new enforcement aid on nutrients and use of fertilizers in agriculture.
