| Description | This study is based on an international survey on forestry training carried out in 2010 and 2011. A total of 23 countries participated in the survey. The International Standard Classification of Education (ISCED) developed by UNESCO provided a reference framework for the classification of the forestry training programmes. The background situation and general conditions in the individual countries differ significantly as do some of the assessments they make of their situations. | |
