Exceptional licences under Art. 15 para. 2 RO

Exceptional licence for the direct handling of prohibited invasive alien organisms in the environment in accordance with Art. 15 para. 2 and Annex 2 of the ordinance on the handling of organisms in the environment (Release Ordinance, RO)

The application forms for the direct handling of organisms of the annex 2 RO in the environment can be found below. Generally, a procedure of approximately three month should be expected.
