Marketing of GMOs, pathogenic organisms or alien small invertebrates: Legal bases, competence, applications and authorisations.

Anyone who intends to market genetically modified organisms, pathogenic organisms or alien small invertebrates shall require a federal licence. The competence to issue authorisation depends on the type of application for which the products are intended.
