Submitting an application to the Adapt+ funding programme

Here you will find details on how to submit an application for an adaptation project to Adapt+.

Deadlines for submitting applications

The application process consists of two steps:

Step 1: Register (once only):

• You can already register for the Adapt+ funding programme. Registration is mandatory in order to submit an application. The application can then be prepared.
• NB: You can start working on your application as soon as you have registered, i.e. before receiving written confirmation and the code.

Step 2: Submit an application:

Applications can typically be submitted each year in February and March. The application window 2026 closed on March 31, 2026. You may submit applications again in 2027. The exact dates and all further information will be available on this page starting in fall 2026.

Step-by-step guide to submitting an application

• Step 1: Register with Adapt+

  The first step is to register online for the Adapt+ funding programme.

• Step 2: Draw up application

  You do not have to wait to receive the written confirmation by post (see step 3), but can start drawing up your application immediately.

• Step 3: Receive confirmation by post

  Your registration will be checked. You will receive written confirmation of your registration by post within two weeks, including a code which you will need to submit an application.
  

• Step 4: Submit application

  The application can be submitted electronically in spring 2026. The exact dates will be published here.

• Step 5: Evaluation and response

  You will receive confirmation of funding or a rejection with reasons given for the decision no later than two months after the application deadline.

Register now for the Adapt+ funding programme on CORE. You can submit your application on the CORE platform from 29 January until 31 March 2026.
