In German, French, Italian, Romansh and English in one ZIP
The brand Swiss parks, the park and product label are the property of the Confederation, registered with the Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IGE) and thus legally protected. They are to be used primarily by the parks or candidate parks to which it has been awarded and by authorized third parties. The labels may be used for purposes of illustration in media reports on parks or candidate parks.
All other uses are only permitted with the approval of the FOEN. Requests for approval should be sent by e-mail to paerke@bafu.admin.ch, including a brief explanation of why and for what purposes the label is to be used. A written confirmation will be issued.
