Deadlines for submitting applications
The application process consists of two steps:
Step 1: Register (once only):
- You can already register for the Adapt+ funding program. You need to be registered in order to submit an application. You will receive written confirmation of registration by post, including a code required to submit an application.
- NB: You can start working on your application as soon as you have registered, i.e. before receiving written confirmation and the code.
Step 2: Submit an application:
The application can be submitted electronically in spring 2026. The exact dates will be published here.

The first step is to register online for the Adapt+ funding programme.
You do not have to wait to receive the written confirmation by post (see step 3), but can start drawing up your application immediately.

Your registration will be checked. You will receive written confirmation of your registration by post within two weeks, including a code which you will need to submit an application.
The application can be submitted electronically in spring 2026. The exact dates will be published here.
You will receive confirmation of funding or a rejection with reasons given for the decision no later than two months after the application deadline.
