1. Information accompanying shipments

Shipments (exports and imports) of green-listed waste must be accompanied by the form in Annex VII of the EC Regulation on shipments of waste or a copy thereof. You can obtain the form in German or English by clicking on the links below.

2. Contract (Art. 18, paragraph 2, Regulation (EC) No. 1013/2006)

A contract between the exporter and waste management company for shipping green-listed wastes into, out of or through the EC is required (as for wastes subject to notification), and should be produced on request.
