Die Schweiz engagiert sich aktiv für ein globales Klimaregime, welches genügend hohe Treibhausgasreduktionen sichert und die Entwicklungsländer in ihrer Anpassung an den Klimawandel unterstützt. Eingaben (Submissionen) sind Teil der Verhandlungen im Rahmen der Klimakonvention (UNFCCC): jede Vertragspartei kann darin ihre Positionen und Vorschläge in den Verhandlungsprozess einbringen.
